EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH ABYSMALLY POOR AND NON-AVAILABLE LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! As a long-standing formerly happy customer, I purchased a new Prolux essential package in November 2020. I have had problems with cable contact causing the light to go off in mid-procedures. I have been trying to get someone to help me, or to get a warranty replacement, BUT THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO AND NO ONE HAS BEEN ANSWERING MY MESSAGES! I even tried to reach out to one of your salespersons (Alex Betancourt) in hopes of him helping me to get someone to reach out to speak with me, but to no avail. COVID pandemic notwithstanding, there should be SOMEONE who responds to customers' needs!
