sales rep ghosted me but took all of my money. my loupes never came and i had to wait more than 2 weeks for my bank to fully dispute the charge. terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I'vs been using the Lumadent light system (bought two set of battery pack) for over 2 years on exam vision loupes. The real concern is the battery life isn't great after a year and after 2 years one of the battery pack was overheating during charging and ultimately it died few months after... The light itself and cables are decent. I just wish the battery packs were more reliable and had better quality. The warranty of the battery pack is only 1 year versus my previous brand which had 2 years warranty...

Good products and got excellent service from Lori Burrow. She went out of her way to help me when my old light was having issue, and offered solutions and options with new replacements.

This company is absolutely terrible. The loops are so low quality. Not to mention, you pay a lot of money for the loops and they make excuses to not repair them . Ordered a pair of loops one year ago and the lens started cracking on both eyes . Called and got customer service representative Bo Guest. He asked me to send pictures of my loops and what I clean them with And when I noticed the cracks in my lens, he told me that they were still under warranty. That he would review my email and get back with me . I did not receive a responding email so I called Bo Guest. He said he sent me an email days ago, denying that the loops will not be covered because of cleaning wipes and that the alcohol and the wipes will crack your lens. I told him I typically most cases clean them with soap and water was trying to argue with me and said that if I wanted the loop fixed, it would be $500. I’m shocked you pay that kind of money for loops and the lens start cracking after a year . Unacceptable. I have loops from orthoscopic that are eight years old and I’ve never had this problem. My advice don’t order from Lemadent .

Really poor customer service. Left Canada and when I tried to contact them they literally ignored my email. Not ideal after spending hundreds of dollars on their light. Very disrespectful.

Ordered Airlux and they shipped prolux without the connecting wire. I’m in Australia and been calling everyday and their office is closed even at 3 pm in afternoon. Countless emails and I get not even a reply!! Scammers

I am a hygienist. I bought a pair of loupea from lumadent about 3 years ago. They have greatly improved my line of vision and neck pain. I was having a problem with my light. Brought it to the Dental convention in Orlando. Jose took the time to fix the problem, no charge. There are several companies to buy loupes. Lumadent staff go over and beyond on customer service. They truly care for each customer. Thank you again Jose for providing a service that improves the quality of my work.

Experienced outstanding customer service from rep Kody Howe. I just purchased new ergo loupes and needed some adjustments. He addressed my concerns and made servicing my loupes a very smooth and easy process. Always friendly, extremely prompt with his replies and very professional, I couldn't ask for more! I appreciated the follow-up as well. I also dealt with the sales rep Eric Garcia who was fantastic as well. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with different options to help me choose my first ergo loupes. I've purchased from LumaDent before and find myself coming back to this company each time because of their reliable products, amazing team and customer service. They set themselves apart by taking care of their customers unlike other companies that put you on the back burner after purchasing their products. I can really count on LumaDent and will continue my future purchases with them. Thank you Kody and Eric for making my experience with LumaDent another fantastic one!

I bought a pair of 6x prismatic loupes last year and within 6 months both ocular pieces came loose, and one fell out while I was working on a patient! The battery it came with also started malfunctioning and the light flickers on an off. They won't send a replacement battery for you to hold you over until your battery is diagnosed and repaired. And good luck getting anything back in a decent amount of time! I sent my loupes back over a month ago and I they still haven't been fixed. You have to send multiple emails to get a reply as well. I still have my original loupes from dental school that I am using as a replacement for now, and in over 15 years they have never had an issue. Buy at your own risk.

I had been trying to reach Lumadent by phone for a few weeks with no success. Josue Avalos got in touch with me by email and took care of my issue right away. Josue went above and beyond by processing my warranty and answering my questions thoroughly.

battery doesn't last. bad warranty. I have a pair of orascoptic since 2014 that has lasted to now. i barely got this one two years ago and battery stopped working

The young lady I spoke to on the phone named Josie was extremely helpful she knew who I was right away just because my telephone number popped up when she called. I told him what my problem was I told her I needed it right away. My whole call with her that's it about 15 minutes tops. That's what I like, when customer service can identify you from your phone number which is always in your registration whenever you buy something these days. Incredible thank you Miss Josie!

Josue Avalos opened an old claim for me and was able to resolve a problem a previous representative could not resolve. Ultimately I was treated fairly the 2nd time around. For that, I give Josue a 5 star review.
