The loupes were just ok, have used for over 8 years. I have had multiple problems with batteries, lens falling out wires shorting, nosepieces failing, the frame hinge was the last straw, unable to get technical help via CS, had to pay for parts that did not work. I’m just retiring them and using my other set from another manufacturer that has never once failed.

I purchased my ergoprism loupes Jan 2022. It is almost Sept 2022. I have gotten to wear them 30 days until the lense fell out on its own. They glued the lense back in and then they needed to be sent back in for adjustment. I have lost count of how many times I've had to send them in for adjustments. It takes them days to email you back then it's email tag for a couple days then they finally send you a shipping label. Takes about 3 weeks to get back if your lucky. Then chances are they won't be right and you have to send them back multiple times. I loved the loupes for the 30 days I got to wear them but the company needs to work on getting them right BEFORE sending them back. Do not buy them unless you have a back up pair and are willing to wait almost a year to get them right. I am currently waiting on a shipping label.

I made an order for a new headlight in May The light is working fine. However, composite cover sent was incorrect size, I could not use. When I followed this up- I was advise I had to pay shipping for it. I advise that this was not my fault so they sent me a new composite cover. It's been 2.5 weeks and I had not received it. I have followed this up, and they have sent it to the incorrect address It feels at times, the service we get at lumadent is not personal, but more of a transactions - with their ticket system.

When I ordered silver and gold lights, black and silver were shipped to me. I didn’t request black and wanted the gold one I originally ordered, so I reached out to customer service and no one responded to my email or got back to me about it. It’s more annoying than anything that I was not shipped the correct item.

I have never waited so long for a package, especially considering the estimated delivery time posted on your site. I feel like its been shipped from Jupiter, with a stop on Mars just to make sure i cant use my light for another week…

I’m really disappointed, you clam in the website that the light is 60000 lux and i compared it with my colleague light he is using univet eos hd (univet mentioned in there website eos hd is 45000 lux). My lumadent light with full power weaker than his eos hd in half power in all distances. It was really shack for me because it never happened before that American product mentioned fake information in there official website . As well as you mentioned the battery life 40hrs and univet mentioned eos hd battery life time 8hrs but the Reality i end up running out of battery after my one week of using it in duty time while my colleagues that they own univet they only recharge there battery once each 14 days. The light received in box of carton as the YouTube reviewers clam that it came with special box. Totally disappointed and I stopped all my Endodontis friends from buying any lumadent products hard to trust website information. Just last thing the light of lumadent was so comparable to zumax light which the Chinese company of zumax mentioned in there website it’s only 34000lux .

I would love to give this company 5 stars but I can't because I haven't been able to use the product. I received my light approximately 2 weeks ago but the wrong attachments came even though I sent a great photo with the order. I have called several times and have received emails back with photos again but no one has responded. I'm very disappointed.

I am not very pleased with my purchase. While the product itself is fine, it came with no case nor did I have the option to buy one. It should be standard to have something that expensive and delicate come with a case.

No real understanding of what I needed or how to solve my problem. This is in spite of my sending multiple pictures of the mount I was trying to repair. The fact that it failed in the first place was bad enough. For detailed failures - you need to try harder.

The wires give out after about 1 year. For such expensive lights you’d think that wouldn’t be a problem.

I just received my light yesterday and it is very weak compared to the DFV light I was using before. I’m disappointed. Set up itself was easy and lightweight.

I don’t understand. I just got this light and it’s already flickering. Lumadent light products have been fluctuating in quality in the last few years. Their products and service have been declining in my experiences.

Shipping time is the worst despite I paid more than any other American company I used to pay $15 with other company to get it in 2 days with lumadent I paid $40 Shipping for 15 days so far
