“out of stock on batteries (how does that happen on your primary item?) finally could order, shipped, lost in mail, now waiting for them to track shipment and batteries are dying while waiting frustrated !!!”

“I bought LUmident shield for the lumident light, unfortunate the shield can not hold the light weight, keep drop down . Wish I can return it, I don't know how to return it.”

I see your order was shipped on July 26 from our facility in Reno, NV and then just yesterday (August 22) it finally left USPS's distribution center in Chicago. I don't have an answer as to why USPS held the package for so long - this can happen occasionally with international orders. Most international orders arrive without issue but some can experience delays like this. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will work with our USPS Representatives to achieve better results in the future. At this point, the best solution is to wait for the original package which is on it's way.

“I ordered a new light for my loupes in the past when I ordered something delivery was fast. I placed my order on 6/3 and called today and was told it may go out today and I would get it in 3 to 5 days. I asked if that was the soonest I could get it and was told it could be overnighted but was expensive. This was a 500.00 item not just a cord and I feel it should have been shipped that day or the next as I am working without a light. I am very disappointed.”

“Unfortunately, I am cancelling my purchase since I had a bad experience and difficulty ordering with Lumadent. NY representative ( Josephine) shifted me on another representative ( Mark) of other states which he didn't want to come to Rochester NY ( EIOH/URMC) for measurements since it's my first loupe purchase nor responded to my email or sms for days, then he directed me to finish purchase with his student's promotion thankfully. After receiving my ERGOFIT Box the frame did NOT fit well (pushing my temples and heavy on my nose) and wasn't sure about my measurements of accurate. I got replied with some of my images are not perfect since it's first time, that's why am asking some caring representative and services to handle my ($3000+) purchase Note: first attached picture was sent to me was NOT mine (it was for somebody in Canada; loss of confidentiality), now I'm concerned about your accuracy in fabrication of this loupe. So wondered how can I purchase Lumadent loupe and light of I started with not getting helped to begin with and high prices for this promising loupe. I believe each one can improve. Lumadent management may need to work on their communication, rep. services, accuracy, confidentiality, and product improvement. I hope could purchase a better services from Lumadent.”

“Got the products right away, no problems there. But it worked only for a fortnight then the light stopped working! No matter if I change batteries or cables from delivery. BUT old batteries and cable work.”
