I made an order for a new headlight in May
The light is working fine.
However, composite cover sent was incorrect size, I could not use. When I followed this up- I was advise I had to pay shipping for it. I advise that this was not my fault so they sent me a new composite cover. It's been 2.5 weeks and I had not received it. I have followed this up, and they have sent it to the incorrect address
It feels at times, the service we get at lumadent is not personal, but more of a transactions - with their ticket system.
