So, I could not work with the ergo prism. I am a spine surgeon and frequent side to side motion causes a slight shift in the viewing field which makes me seasick. Best for stable procedures with little head motion. However hey brought this to the attention of the company and they immediately swapped these for a pair of standard loops. These appear to be of high-quality and fit very nicely.
