Excellent customer service. I recently ordered some replacement batteries for my light. This was relatively urgent as my current battery only lasted for around 1.5 hours before needing a charge. Lumadent were very responsive to my emails (responding immediately) and shipped the batteries to me very quickly. Thanks for the great service.
On the product: the lumadent light is the best of the three lights that I have used over the years. I love it.
