You’re sending me a survey before your product ships. You also told me the photo that I sent was good until over a week later when you discovered an issue. This is delaying the progress and shipping of my order that has been paid in full for two week.
You also sent me the wrong email with information about ergofit loupes and sending me a fit guide - not necessary as I ordered traditional loupes.
Overall I am NOT impressed with this company or their customer service. The rep I emailed to ask about this blamed the number of trade shows in October for the delay- but what about the incompetence I’ve seen so far
