I place an order for headlights On January 15th from Canada, the item got shipped January 18th. Right now it's February 4th & it doesn't look like that I am going to receive it soon. I am wondering why Lumadent doesn't use better/faster shipping companies? There are so many problems with this shipping company: 1. From the start of the shipping process it has never gave me any delivery estimate date. None! I have no idea when the package is expected to be delivered. 2. The tracking updates are so vague. "Facility in Canada" or "Facility in USA" doesn't tell anyone anything. 3. The shipping process is super slow. So I highly recommend to Lumadent to change their shipping company.
