I recently purchased the Lumadent headlight attachment for my surgical loupes. I mistakenly provided the incorrect type of loupes. After discovering this, I contacted Lumadent through their website. The technical representative, Michelle Brown, contacted me within 24 hrs, and resolved the issue right away. The company’s attention to customer service was exceptional and I hope to have the opportunity to let others know how happy I was with my experience.
And btw, the headlight is bright, perfect for the office or OR setting! Excellent product.
