So far I’ve been happy with the ordering process for my ErgoPrism loupes. Kaitlyn from Minnesota is an excellent rep for this company! Very patient, informative and helpful. I haven’t received my loupes yet but excited to try. Kaitlyn said she’d be there to help me adjust to wearing them
