Michelle Brown was absolutely terrific and ever so patient with me. Took the time to go through getting the light right. After much frustration on my part and not on hers she was able to resolve the issue for me. I acquired this light from the practice that two previous hygienists used and now have left the practice. The doctor paid for this light that by the way is fantastic and I just could not see it sitting in my cabinet and not being used. So thanks again to Michelle for helping me with this issue. She is great customer service and ever so patient with a senior! Phone conversations and pictures were the most helpful.
