I ordered my loupes about one year ago and the sales rep I had Josephine in the NY,CT and NJ area made the process so smooth. She was there every step of the way and even reached out after I received my loupes. I recently reached out to her to order a light and she responded back so quickly and also made that process very smooth as well. Plus I was suprised she remembered me from last year. She is fabulous at what she does! I highly recommend Lumadent.
