Came to the office for their residential sale and Josie and Samuel were so patient and kind! I spent hoouurrsss trying on loupes and they were both so patient and amazing for helping me find the right fit, perfect IPD, and ones that would work with my small nose bridge. Sam and the project manager were so sweet to work with me in finding the best price and warranty for the loupes. Lumadent has always had great customer service!
