Hi, rated one to increase chance someone alive will read this. Actually device is pretty good. Only big drawback is that pines are always getting stuck in lower gooseneck pipe and blocking it. And I live in the pine forest, so there are always pines on the doormat. And those push-buttons be better marked. Wife got crazy every time dust bin needed to be removed. I did some betterment myself. See attached pics. So 3+ for device. 1 is for fact you dont ship it to all the EU countries, AND there is no way to purchase extra battery, which was No.1. reason I backed you on the Kickstarter. p.s. I would buy extra 5 vacuums and batteries, if you can deliver those to Latvia. Heep safe and healthy in those crazy times.
