I have decided to edit this review, in the hope other people can be helped with it :) I'm happy to report I have altered my score from 1 to 4 stars! Let me start by the positive: * My dog who hates vacuums and even barks at my broom does not bat an eyelid with the LUPE. That is amazing. It makes me very happy :) * It manoeuvres very well and is light to operate. I was afraid I would find it to heavy (which is why I hate my dyson) but it is not. Very pleased with that. * I so enjoy just getting the Lupe when I need it and having it working right away, no messing with plugging in the cord and then having to work around that. Now to the problems I have/had. Look for the edit. I've just tried to vacuum one part of my livingroom, for an HOUR. Why do you ask? Well for one it doesn't suck, it blows everything through the room :( Secondly, when I want the the foot in an angle over 60° (give or take) the "foot" refuses to stay down, hence the blowing of stuff through the room. EDIT: So what happend was this; I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. And it turns out LUPE does not deal with hairs very well. They are getting stuck, what in turn creates a vacuum that lifts the foot of the floor, hence not being able to vacuum the floor anymore. I still don't understand the blowing away stuff part, but once I emptied the container (half full) it improved massively. I now make sure to remove the hairs LUPE sucks up every now and then during vacuuming and it's ok then. This, and the fact the batteries drain really fast makes I can't give the full 5 points but I am much happier with Lupe now. I don't want to leave you a bad review at all :( EDIT: I really didn't, I hated it and I'm really happy I get to reported a much better review now. :)
