I love the manoeuvrability of the Lupe in its upright position, it will turn on a dime. I love that I only have to put my foot on the base and pull the handle back to be in my way - no pesky settings for different surfaces. And the weight of it, it feels solid and durable. Suction is excellent. Also love how easy it is to empty and remove filters for cleaning. There is one think I would change or an option I would offer for us short people. An extendable handle for when I have it in the hand held mode. Or an extension I can attach - as a very short person there is not enough length in the fixed part of the hose.
