The black hose that you can add the attachments to and clean other surfaces, is not well engineered. It is entirely too stiff and does no extend easily. In fact, it is so prone to pulling back and not extending, that it makes the vacuum fall over constantly. If I could, I would return it for this reason to get my money back despite the rest of the vacuum working exceptionally well. Otherwise I would have gladly given a rating of 5 out of 5. Is there a remedy to this? Please advise. Thank you.
