It is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever used. I love it and use it every day to pick up crumbs in the kitchen...better than a broom. My carpets look brighter and cleaner and my wood floors don't look dusty. It handles going from two types of surfaces...carpet to wood so well. It is so easy to use, not heavy, not noisy, and not too big. Easy to get into tight spaces. The construction and design are perfect and so well engineered. It is so easy to empty and use the attachments. My only regret was not buying one for my daughter-in-law when I pledged in kickstart and an extra battery would be nice convenience but not necessary. If I could, I would give it 10 stars...it is that good. My personal THANK YOU to all that were involved in the making of this incredible, powerful, easy to use, as well as beautiful machine. A job well done and may you become number one in the world. One last thought, when it arrived, the packaging was so incredible beautiful it looked like a gift when just looking into the box. You got the feeling that this was going to be something very good....I looked at it as a gift to me and my life. I'm also 75 years old and it is so wonderful and easy for me to use I wish I had one like this 50 years ago.
