Works great, a tadd heavy, not too noisy. i only use the more powerful modes with the upholstery heads. Big bin, but having cats, i have to clean out the 1st filter quite frequently, which can get a bit messy. Changing the heads is quite easy !
The delivery to France took a while (Brexit), but customer service tried their best
