Received very fast, international, vacuumed two rooms on the first day vacuum was received, vacuum was amazing, had lunch, went to start on the third room, vacuum wouldn't start, vacuum no longer working, emails not replied to within their 48 hours, been a few days.
First email received was them asking for a review, silly...
