We have had it for a week now and it likely will be going back. We find it heavy and awkward to use. The need to "plug it in" each time vs having a docking station for it to charge from is just a pain. It does very well for cleaning, but tying to use the accessories due to the weight and the need to hold it or it will fall over is just not great. Even emptying the hopper has issues as it does not pop open when you press the button and you need to pull open the flap thus having dirt usually hit your hand. Then the pet hair will not come out of the roller, or the hopper for that matter, without working at it. (And you need to remove the screen to clean that as it just holds dust.) Adding to this...For such a price point I would not expect the accessory parts to just "fall off" during use from the place they are suppose to be stored. (I added some electrical tape to the attachment location where each of the two accessories are stored just to add friction and tightness which helped. (Who came up with that attachment setup and how was it not caught or fixed already? Ugh!) We had high hopes for a new form of vacuum but really am not sure their will be parts or upgrades (like the roller) for it in the future based on Lupe being such a small company. Sorry Lupe...Why you get great reviews, after getting one, I really can't trust the reviews. We will give it some more time, but as of now, not the great of experience a such a cost.
