After a false start with a inoperable unit being received, I am happy to report that the Lupe vacuum is a great sucker!! All kidding aside, the service in dealing with the defective unit and prompt delivery of a new unit was great. The new units quite well. Hard to get used to there being no cord to follow around while using. The power is beyond expectation and using vacuum is quite easy. It is replacing a canister vacuum and does a superior job. Happy to have found the Lupe company in investigating cordless vacuums. All good so far.
