Delivered quickly. No hassle to set up and start work. It's very good at picking up hairs from the carpets - even on medium and low settings. Didnt realise how much my previous corded vacuum left behind! Easy to manoeuvre the Lupe around and get under tables and chairs. And it stands up neatly in the corner- no need for additional stands or wall attachments - so very versatile and doesn't make my wrist ache. Very pleased.
