I've had it for a week and it seems to be working as well as my big corded vacuum. It's very easy to use. Easier if you include the effort to get it out and running compared to my old vacuum. The hype about how loud it is seems highly overrated, quieter than my corded vacuum (shark duo 2018). My dog was concerned at first but not now. I can vacuum ~1600 ft² (60/40 carpet/hard floor) in ~⅓ battery. Much better than I expected & definitely a win for me. I purchased this in the hope that it can replace my corded vacuum. My initial impression is that it can. I don't really have any customer service experience - no issues.
