Received within a week. Easy to put together. Works better then my Dyson V10. Is a little harder to push around then the v10 but that is because it is creating a much better suction which I can tell by the results I get. Don't ever have to go over something twice whereas I had to repeatedly with my V10. Able to vacuum my whole house (4,000 sq ft) on one battery charge.
