I think it's good for small spaces or small messes. Definitely not for a whole household cleaning. I am not impressed with the ability to clean pet hair out of the container. It gets wrapped up around the filter and makes it hard to get the filter out to empty/clean it. I am also not impressed with its ability to suck when moving from carpet to tile, this is a problem with many vacuums though. It also doesn't suck anything debris up from the front when up against stairs or a door/wall. Also, a stip of felt came off the of the main head on the first use.
