This vacuum is an absolute pleasure. From a delightful unboxing experience to the joy of seeing it actually seeing it working, we've been delighted by so many little features: the teal color coding for which pieces are buttons, the power settings, the fact that the handle is also the extension stick, the ease with which hair can be cleaned from the base, the accessories, the fact that the body can sit flat without the roller, etc. We've just been thrilled with all of the brilliant design decisions that went into this vacuum, making it a pleasure to use. It's as if someone finally looked at the main problems with modern vacuums and actually addressed them in this design.
