I so really wanted to love this vacuum cleaner, is not loud it works great. I am giving it just 3 stars because you cannot clean under the furniture. We made a lot of research before buying it, great reviews, but this issue was never mentioned in any of them. If you have modern furniture, like a couch or a bed, you will not be able to vacuum under it. You will have to move the piece of furniture in order to be able to vacuum, which is a big hustle.
