I've only had this vac a few days, but I'm impressed so far. First, I loved the packaging. I know that is not important overall, but I could tell thought was put into presentation. It was obvious there was also a lot of thought put into the design and functionality of the vac. It has a lot of suction even on the lowest setting. I was able to vacuum my entire house (2400sq ft) on low and still battery life left. I have mostly tile, but also hardwood and 2 rooms with carpet so got to try on all surfaces. It seemed to work perfectly for all. My only complaint is the attachments are sort of in the way and there's no good place for them, but that isn't annoying enough to impact my score. As an improvement, I'd suggest expanding the hose length. Overall, I LOVE THIS VAC!
