Really, really wanted this vacuum design to be successful ... BUT I'm afraid I think I will be sending it back and asking for my money back. Good points - Great quality; interesting design; good performance. 2 speed (fast and super noisy fast) good. Great suction. Battery life ok. 'Bad' points - It's suction is TOO powerful - seems strange saying that but wanted a vacuum that was easy to push. As the suction is so good, on carpet, it is just too hard to push. Ok to push on hard floors. Needs hard floor/soft floor setting - eg lever to slightly higher up head on carpet. Many competitors have this feature. Shark has a powered roller that helps to move head forward - good. Head not the widest - good for tight spaces but means you have to have more pushes back/forward. Head too wobbly - great for corners but not for going straight (biggest job of a vacuum). Maybe lock on head if needed. Very messy emptying tank. 2 emptying ports seems a waste. Lower door opens ok but when shaking dust out, that door swings back/forth and will probably break off. Seems light/flimsy. The upper foam ring and circular can filter trickier to take out. LOT of fluffy trapped behind this. All fluff would not fall out from shaking. Had to poke hand into tank and wipe fluff out with fingers - not good. Also, cut my thumb from a sharp edge!. The tank needs to be smoother internally, so would thus less likely to trap fluffy. Hose not long - good if only doing skirtings but not good if wanting higher places. Maybe an additional/spare long hose option. Big heavy battery adds to weight - not the lightest - comparable to my Shark. Unfortunately, I think I'll be investigating an alternative cordless vacuum. Would consider a Jupe MK2, if these sorts of design faults were corrected. Keep going Team Jupe - you will get there :)
