I was so impressed with just the packaging alone. So much thought went into the boxing. No unnecessary filler. No wasted space. Needless to say, I am so pleased with the Vacuum Itself. Very easy to assemble. Love that you can take the battery out to charge. I like that it stands upright. I used the eco mode and did the rugs and floors downstairs. Has great power and suction just in the eco mode. The Battery life is excellent. Easy to convert to handheld, love that for the stairs. Lightweight and the swivel head works great. I was hesitant to spend that much, but it is well worth every penny. I use the upholstery attachment for the stairs. My one wish is that there was an attachment specifically for stairs. Other than that, Congratulations on a well-made vacuum.
