I'm writing this review in mid-2023, after being a pre-order customer in the US in early 2022. I've use this vacuum for over a year, every day, and really wanted to write a raving review. Unfortunately, within just this short span of time, my vacuum has gotten progressively worse at picking up dirt/hair/crumbs, and I've experienced so much clogging and inefficiency. My biggest gripe is the ease with which hair will get caught in the tiny front wheels on the vacuum head, making it near impossible to remove, and forcing me to use 2x the energy to push it as the only 3 of the 4 wheels are functioning. I would like to acknowledge that I genuinely appreciate the efforts the company are making towards sustainability and love their core values. I just wish I could love the vacuum the same.
