Never had a problem with lush their products are great the posh chocolate is amazing and the Congo jelly deliver driver put it somewhere where it got soaking wet destroyed all the bath bombs lush sent me a full replacement rushed delivery in time for Christmas I hope but that's more delivery fault than lush as its the busy time of the year excellent customer service any problems just phone them up it's much quicker than emailing
