I was very upset that the butterball bath bomb is no longer being sold in the Park Meadows Mall. I normally do not like to order on line but to get the butterball bath bombs I placed an order with Park Meadows on line and received fabulous service. There were also a few samples sent with my order that I received the same day I placed my ordered. The Rub Rub Rub shower scrub is wonderful!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. After completely erasing my cart, they couldn't deliver! They are subcontracting to DoorDash, who didn't even bother to attempt to deliver, then then cancelled my order. They tried to blame it on where I live - even though we've had many parcels delivered by many companies over the years without issue. Their solution? I can place the order again, and choose a slower and costlier option at checkout OR I can drive 30 minutes to the nearest store to purchase in person. How can a global company not get something as basic as shipping/delivery using a reputable organization right? What an absolute farce in 2026. Go elsewhere and shop local.

Lush Cosmetics – Extremely Poor Service, System Failures & No Accountability Lush Cosmetics has shown extremely poor service throughout this ongoing issue, and it now requires urgent attention from higher management. Their app charged me for a failed order, hid parts of my order history, and forced multiple delivery fees due to repeated glitches. Weeks later, the issue is still not resolved. Customer Care responses were slow, inconsistent, and focused on quoting policy instead of fixing the problem. I had to chase repeatedly just to get basic updates, and at no point did anyone take real ownership. The trust I had in Lush Cosmetics has now gone. What makes this even more concerning is that I escalated the matter directly to the CEO, Mark Constantine, expecting a senior customer‑service agent to respond. Instead, the email was simply handed back to the standard customer‑care team, with no senior involvement at all. This was highly disappointing and reinforces the lack of accountability within the company. Lush’s flat organisational structure clearly leaves customers with no meaningful escalation route, no oversight, and no proper service‑recovery process. When things go wrong, there is nowhere for issues to be addressed at a higher level and that is a serious red flag for a brand that claims to prioritise ethics, transparency, and customer care. This isn’t just a poor experience; it highlights deeper operational and structural problems that Lush’s senior leadership cannot afford to ignore. Customers deserve far better than this.

I genuinely love Lush and will always support them. Their values matter, and I appreciate that they stand with people and causes instead of staying silent. The deodorant I use from them The Greeench is hands down one of the best products I have ever used. I literally cannot use anything else anymore. It gently exfoliates, removes dead skin, and keeps my underarms feeling clean, smooth, and fresh for days. Actual days. My skin feels healthy, never irritated, and consistently clean in a way no other deodorant has managed. You can tell Lush products are made with intention and care. The quality speaks for itself, and so does the integrity behind the brand. Highly recommend Lush for both their products and their principles.

I was trying to access the lush website which I waited 30 minutes just to enter, had €450 worth of products in my basket to checkout & the website crashed at checkout & I was told to wait another 30 minutes, so instead of waiting the frustration of it all caused me to relapse on sleeping tablets & I now have been diagnosed with Lptss (Lush-Post-Traumatic-Shopping-Syndrome) if I could put 0 stars I would, Lush is not cruelty free because it was cruel to me.

Season greetings, We visited the Trafford Centre store today, crazy yes, I know the Saturday before Christmas but last-minute bits and all. On entering the store, a lovely assistant called Whitney was at the sink making bubbles entertaining all the small children that unwittingly had been dragged out in the Christmas crush! My little four year old daughter Ada was completely mesmerised by Whitney's incredible bubble abilities (to be fair they were awesome 🙌🏼) personally I saved tons of money as she was more interested in the lovely Whitney than all her favourite bath bombs, just wanting to go watch 'bubble lady' with the magic hands. What an absolute legend and a creative credit Whitney is to TC Lush, her passion, talent and patience with young children in the incredible busy store was beautiful to watch, even for those not buying just passing by, just watching happy children laugh and catch bubbles in their pure innocence was incredible to see and for someone who simply just had time is a rarity in today's world (as we know, once you start something with kiddos you can't just stop) Thank you Lush TC who were all amazing as always but most importantly thanks to the beautiful soul Whitney for making a four year little girl's day memorable (more so than her visit to Santa) much love & Merry Christmas ♥️ Sam Rothwell x Sent from Outlook for iOS

This experience doesn't even deserve 1 star! Evri have lost my parcel - it happens, especially at this time of year - it should be fixed easily by Lush. I have been waiting since 9th December for a reply to an email re an order placed 3rd Dec. Chat isn't chat so no one live to talk to - its a messaging service and they "will get back to you" (but haven't). The phone number works but you don't get to speak to someone no matter how long you wait. I would like a refund for my order Lush so please contact me.

THANKS A LOT LUSH!! I ordered a GIFT for my daughter expecting it to arrive in a DISCREET box but NOOOO they COMPLETELY RUINED the surprise!!most companies offer “gift wrap” but NOO not Lush..really irritated..—>😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩

Lush has been my favorite shop since i moved here back in october, and i fell in love with all pf their products and the staff is very helpful and lovely. I recently went to buy Christmas gifts for my parents and came across this lovely girl named (Sarvantika/Shreya) and she was such a sweetheart helping me make a few gift sets. Will definitely come back again and ask for her again whenever i visit.

I have been a loyal lush customer for years. I was really happy to have found cruelty free, homemade products brand. I recently discovered lush does not support Israel. As a Jewish person, reading about lush’s policies made me feel very unsafe and rejected. I will No longer be buying from lush anymore. I suggest they don’t attempt to alienate what could be a huge portion of their customers and profits.

I received a LUSH bath bomb advent calendar as a gift. This thing is huge. It came in terrible condition. The box itself if flimsy cardboard. All the bath bombs and bubble bars are not wrapped and they bounce around each box they come in, chipping and breaking. Several of the doors were broken open with the product falling out when the calendar is opened. It was a mess. I contacted LUSH customer service and their solution is for me to mail the calendar back at my expense, from the US to Canada! This thing weighs over 25 lbs and their solution is for me to spend a fortune in international shipping to mail it back to them. This was 8 emails after I sent many pictures and proof of the problem. Nope, LUSH is on my naughty list from now on. And I won't be recommending it to anyone. Buyer beware!

Friday I visited the Lush store in Westfield Montgomery mall. Laura was amazong. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and her customer service was beyond great. Though, I always receive great customer service whenever I visit Lush Laura was exceptionally awesome and I love the products.

When I visited your Bristol store today a really friendly lady helped me and my daughter look around the store. She wasn't at all pushy but incredibly knowledgeable about the products and I was really pleased with the bath bombs, make up and stocking fillers that I brought. The shop smells so good. Thank you Claire for having the time for us, excellent customer service.

Went to lush dubai mall yesterday for the first and can i just comment on the sales person raya on that branch she is so nice and patient regarding my questions, she explained nicely how all the other products work and how their products everything works perfectly on my skin issues, her conversational skills is top notch, she is just kind overall, and that made me want to come back to lush and buy more. Thank you raya i hope i hot your name right - dubai mall branch.

I normally purchase in store where soap is wrapped in paper & other items put on bags. Di to bad health & not being able to get out placed an online order. I was horrified when this arrived as all items being tossed around in a box fill with some sort of white eco flo chips, not one thing was wrapped or put in a bag! How disgusting & unhygienic! You are using these things on your skin, in the bath etc God knows how clean these boxes and the white eco chips are!!! I’m all for reducing packaging but not where it compromises hygiene & safety. Will never purchase online again! Also this box has sat on my doorstep for over 24hrs as it was left as no one was home. It’s been out in the rain. Just disgusting was to deliver any cosmetics.
