“I went to Lush in Topanga mall. Myiah was who helped me. It was my first time in the store and she showed me around and explained the different products. She was amazing and spent time with me and listened to what I liked and didn't like. I would highly recommend her. I went home with the peppermint foot lotion, magic crystals body scrub, a massage bar, and super milk conditioning for my hair. I have been very impressed with the products. “Jane from the Braehead Store came to our staff wellbeing day today, to deliver a skincare workshop. We are a team of nurses and admin, and it was such good fun, with lots of freebies to take away. The homemade face mask was gorgeous, looking forward to trying it out. I would definitely recommend Jane, to do any of the Lush workshops for any groups, parties etc, most enjoyable experience.”

She was kind helpful well spoken and had excellent Lush knowledge. “Sherry from lush at medowhall was brilliant, I went in with my 2 boys and husband, we only went to have a look around but she was friendly, had time to chat with us about different products, she was funny and just compleatly made us feel welcome she even managed to entertain my boys silly questions about random things all I can say is she is an asset to lush!”

“After 2 long weeks of waiting to hear news today that could have changed so many life’s, Not just my own! That I’m going to be okay! Ultrasound day! When I spontaneously decided to go with my gf to the mall. And I decided for the first time to go into lush. And soon as we walked in the atmosphere was great ! It was so nice Angie showed both me and my gf a different skin care routine! And so easy to talk too! Extremely helpful! Then at the cash we meet Jayden and there I asked about a hair care product well then we had a whole conversation and she was so helpful and kind as well! My overall experience was 10/10 it definitely made my night after these few weeks !! Can’t wait to try some more great things!”

“I love my LUSH Cosmetics, they are very pleasant. I got the whole EID collection as a gift from my mom, and I am enjoying it already. The Salam soap bottle is very simplistic yet beautiful and timeless, and it smells like berries. The Noor chapstick is very soothing and nice. The Basma body scrub I am sure will be a favorite of mine, and the Lailah soap is absolutely stunning. I am very grateful. I also love the packaging everything came in, from the bottles, to the wrapping paper. P.S. the biodegradable packaging peanuts are very cool. Thank you, LUSH.”

“I was assisted by Louis in the Meadowhall branch of Lush. He was knowledgeable and helpful. After the first sales person was rude then walked away to chat to their colleague without offering any type of service I was very disappointed but Louis came to their rescue and has prevented a complaint. Thank you Louis!”

“Iam a Big Big Biggggg Fan of Lush...Infact Iam obsessed with Lush..I have almost tried all there best sellers in skin care,hair care,bath & body and perfumes too. Iam amazed by there fragrance,texture and quality of product. Ever since I have got introduced to lush i have stopped using other brands and got switched to organic and vegan Lush care only. Every new product edition is superb and mind blowing.. I have plenty as my favorites, the top favs are rose jam,ro argan,sleepy,lady rose jasmine, Salty,Sultana,Avacodo co wash etc etc. My most favorite place is zahiya mall in UAE and I love to keep visiting and exploring there store bcuz of the warm welcome by the staff and there recommendations helps you to choose the best products basis your skin care. A Big thank you to Judy,Farida and Wardah am so happy with wow CM experience. Best Regards, Hajira”

“Never had a problem with lush their products are great the posh chocolate is amazing and the Congo jelly deliver driver put it somewhere where it got soaking wet destroyed all the bath bombs lush sent me a full replacement rushed delivery in time for Christmas I hope but that's more delivery fault than lush as its the busy time of the year excellent customer service any problems just phone them up it's much quicker than emailing”

“Let me tell you about the head manager, Adam. He's the sweetest, happiest, most fun being in the store, and the reason I come back. He just knew how to direct me to a scent I would like and I've been super hooked on it. Buy a new product just for that scent every time. Best worker ever~ I have never seen the Baton Rouge location shine this much.”

“We had a party at lush Poole! It was out of this world. Holly the party host was fun energetic and the kids absolutely loved her! We knew going in we were going to make something but we didn’t know how much fun we would all have so thank you so much! The kids will be talking about this for year !! I would 100% recommend a party at lush and will book again in the future!!”
