Enjoyed a fabulous experience in lush store Portsmouth today. The incredible staff were genuinely kind and helpful with my young granddaughter who has sensory issues and finds being in the shop difficult. The staff in the shop took time to show my grand daughter different products and listen to her when she was telling them about the different products that she uses and showed a real warmth and kindness . A True delight to shop in. Will definitely be returning and as always the products are amazing.
