“Let me tell you about the head manager, Adam. He's the sweetest, happiest, most fun being in the store, and the reason I come back. He just knew how to direct me to a scent I would like and I've been super hooked on it. Buy a new product just for that scent every time. Best worker ever~ I have never seen the Baton Rouge location shine this much.”

“I recently had a fantastic experience at Lush! The staff David at the Derby City Centre store went above and beyond, showing incredible patience as he walked me through their range of products. He offered thoughtful advice tailored to my needs and took the time to explain each product in detail, from ingredients to how they would benefit my skin. His dedication to customer satisfaction was clear, and I left feeling confident in my purchases. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for knowledgeable and attentive service”

“Had wonderful restorative Comforter Spa Treatment today. Exfoliation then massage with Lush unguents ! Very nourishing and moisturising. Definitely made me feel better”

“We had a party at lush Poole! It was out of this world. Holly the party host was fun energetic and the kids absolutely loved her! We knew going in we were going to make something but we didn’t know how much fun we would all have so thank you so much! The kids will be talking about this for year !! I would 100% recommend a party at lush and will book again in the future!!”

“Me and my girls have a lovely visit we are joined our time in there with Sharvaree my girl's got Pampers and their loved every moment of it even another staff was pampering my arm and the smells are amazing in their hallways we have got free samples of face creams and for teeth I really enjoyed it because I see my girls smiling every second they were there and getting pampered also myself we are so many questions and they gave us the answers lovely staff and gave me so many ideas for my friends birthday and Christmas thank you so much for lovely hour and a half in there 😘😘😘 🧼🫧”

“i don't remember his name but i was helped by a boy at the boston (back bay specifically) lush today who was so kind and gave me a free bath bomb that matched the items that i was buying!!! props to them, it really made me smile (also, really excellent bath bomb 😌)”

“Nick was so helpful and he is an amazing person inside and out. He helped me find the perfect face and lip mask. Kit is amazing as well! She was so friendly and was able to tell me about the bring it back program for the empty pods. Thank you both!! Both of them are located at Fashion Valley Mall.”

“I am using Wasabi Shan shampoo now for two months. My hairdresser was asking what i was using. He said,that my hair has never been in such good condition. He colors my hair every month and even the color stayes much longer nice. Highly recommended!!! Lush 5 star!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
