This was my daughters legs after getting in the bath with a bathbomb! It immediately started itching and she has been like this for 3 days! Even on Benadryl… now I have spent $300 on urgent care visits and will NEVER use lush products again! Not that natural after all.

Ordered 6 items and only received 4. Very annoying especially after waiting a while for them to arrive. Don't waste your time and money on things they'll never give you.

I spent nearly $300 on over 20 bath bombs that I was going to gift to patients, friends and family. Over 95% of the shipment arrived damaged. They’re refusing to pay in full for the return and make things right by offering a full refund.

Purchases products before 1pm for same day delivery and paid for that to be done. Next day still nothing. I contacted today and they tell me tonight 7:20pm it will be delivered. I let them know that will be too late. I ordered before 1pm to get same day service. Yesterday they confirmed it would arrive then and it did not now they tell me today. They are trying to say I am lying an purchased at 2:30 2 days ago but I have email confirmation and website said it was before 1pm. In any case it did not arrive next day either. They really have crappy attitude for service.

I bought let the good times roll a few months back and the scent payoff was amazing it lasted- received so many compliments and I never went nose blind. This was before it blew up on tik tok Repurchased a few weeks ago and I think the formula has changed the scent is no longer as lasting as it was and I no longer smell it on myself. I love it still but I just think it has weakened or changed somehow which has made me very sad. To the point that I may not repurchase, please fix it! I’m such a big fan and it just sucks that it’s not as how it was

Terrible service!! When you go in store you get pounced on by annoying high pitched people trying to sell stuff. When you email to complain about damaged packaging ruining your delivery you get no reply… it’s been three weeks, three emails (one of which said to try in store but when we did they say try online!) I will never buy from them again! So shoddy!!

Complete disappointment. I waited all year for the Snow Fairy range. In December, I managed to order 500ml and 275ml, which was already very difficult to do. There were no proper links or clear information about the order. Two weeks later, I had to contact them myself, only to receive a reply saying, “Don’t worry, we are overloaded, your order will arrive soon!” Finally, after all the waiting, the order arrived – but only the 275ml! Why? Tell me, why? No notifications, no explanations. The refund for the missing item hasn’t been processed yet, but the most important thing is that you completely ruined my expectations. I wouldn’t have paid for delivery just for one mini product. The lack of service is disgraceful – a real shame for the company. I will definitely never order from you again.

One lush face slimming LED massager. This device does not charge, I have complained and received no response from the company. I would never order anything from this company in the future. The device itself is poorly constructed. Save your money do not purchase this device.

Placed an order on 27/12 during the sale and after chasing have been told on 15/01 that I’m being refunded as the courier ‘returned the package to them’. I received no tracking details and there was no courier card in my door saying anything about a failed delivery - just sounds like they’re lying as they couldn’t fulfil the order.

There is no customer service. They put a product on their online boxing day sale at 50% off, but claimed in the fine print it was only discounted in stores not online-- makes no sense why it was online under the sale. Took 3 days to finally get customer service on the phone and spoke to a supervisor named Daniel that only made excuses for all the problems. Was absolutely no help. He also was supposed to call me back at a certain time and called an hour later. On the phone prompt it states to text for a faster response, well 4 days later and 3 texts I still have no response. This company used to be wonderful, but it has gone down to the point where the customer doesn't matter. I will not purchase anything from them again, there are too many other wonderful companies that take care of their customers.

Similar to many on here - placed a large order on 27/12/24 but not heard anything since, other than confirmation that they received the order. No phones working and the only way to contact is by email. When you do email, you get a response generated by an AI bot. No “real” person. No information provided as to when the order might be received, never mind dispatched. Very disappointing. I’m just glad that I paid using PayPal so at least I should get my money back.

Absolute joke of a company , made a large order on Boxing Day and nothing received . They don’t respond to emails , the bot is useless and can’t get through on the phone

Honestly, Lush has just become awful for customer service. I have emailed so many times and phoned to get help with an issue and it's been shocking to have no response.

When placing an order through the Lush app for the boxing day sales, multiple orders went through, they took my money.. 3 days go by with me chasing for my order confirmation, for them to refund my money and to be told it is 'beyond their control' for any errors with online orders.
