The management and employees promote antisemitism. If someone supports Jews or Israel they might be kicked out of the store. Don’t suggest anyone to buy from them!

The Lush employees saw this group walking by holding Israeli flags and immediately ran out of the store to yell and scream at them. They were disgusting.

The Employees Stand With People And other bodies that are Racist and are full of Hate I will never buy your product again and I will tell everyone I know. This company is not what us Americans stand for.

I am so disappointed with your customer service. I was a loyal customer of Lush in Raleigh NC. I moved to Margaritaville in Daytona Beach and a few of my friends and I would order online from Lush. I received my order of 3 Peach Massage bars today. They arrived completely melted and made a huge mess on my Lanai where they were delivered. Why would you even offer online ordering without making necessary measures so that your product does not arrive melted! Trust me I will never purchase anything online or in a store ever again! The closest store to me is over an hour away. I am going back to NC in September and was going to purchase some items for me and my friends but would never spend a cent with Lush ever again! I was told I would be refunded but now have a huge mess on my Lanai as the box was leaking! Great Job!!!

Really disappointed in how expensive Lush has gotten. Love the American Cream hair conditioner but the 16oz bottle is up to $44. I guess it’s one luxury I can do without!

Honestly i was so excited when i went to try lush for the first time, and it was a huge disappointment!!! Extremly overhyped and overpriced in my opinion.

Made an order for my daughters birthday present on 30th june, said 2-4 working days, ofcourse it wasn't when I enquired about the tracking on the 3rd day I got a reply on the 4th working day, they said sorry delivery is 5-7 working days. I made a complaint saying I would like my delivery refunded at least as my daughter wouldn't get part of her birthday present and the delivery time says different, I sent a screen shot. I got a reply saying "sorry its taken afew days to reply we are really busy, in the small print it does say in sale time delivery will be longer" they refused to refund my delivery and said hope your daughter has a good birthday! The arrogance of the customer services advisor to say can't refund your delivery you won't get her present in time but happy birthday from us!!!! I'm disgusted and will never shop with them again!!! I can't believe they make all this fuss about we care about the environment and the products and entice you in the shops but they don't care at all about the customers experience when your not face to face. I spent hundreds of pounds in their stores and the 1 small delivery I get the worst experience ever! By the way customer services on the phone cuts off automatically after a 10 minute hold time!

I was never a lush shopper in the past but with inflation I thought I'd get some of their shampoos & conditioners which I thought were cheaper than some high end ones found at Sephora. I was shocked at how small the bottles were! Not only that but the smell was gross and I noticed how much hair fall out I had every time I washed my hair with Lush hair stuff. At first I thought maybe I was stressed but it was chunks of hair. I went to Walmart and got some herbal essence Moroccan shampoo & conditioner and almost ZERO fall out! Not only did the cheap drugstore stuff not give me hair fall out it smelled way better, my hair was shinier, softer and I could detangle better! I also notice the lush conditioner have ZERO slip and took me forever to detangle. I can't believe how horrible their hair products are but that a cheap drugstore product was 100 times better. I will never buy a product again and if they are supporting palestine then they are even worse than their crappy products.

Be careful the offert is just a trick to subscription and they still send you cream that is dangerous for your skin, and also if they said that you subscription is cancelled you still pay for it avoid it all cost

It is deeply disappointing to see Lush openly disregard the immigration laws of the United States and display such disrespect towards our Law Enforcement (ICE) on their storefront. If Lush truly believes in their stance, they should demonstrate it by leaving their doors unlocked and permitting individuals to take products without payment. Their support for individuals who violate our laws and exploit taxpayer-funded services is a blatant display of disrespect.

Horrible Customer Service Received my super milk completely frozen and bottle had exploded from freezing. Customer service told me there was nothing they could do. Said I could ship it back at my cost after I already paid for shipping. Also kept saying it was still safe to use. Must have been part of their robotic script. Do not order if you have to get shipping as customer service will do nothing if your product is damaged, Worst customer service I’ve experienced and will never order again!

Lush has single-handedly ruined my Christmas! I bought my sister three bath bombs from lush for Christmas and was very excited to give them to her. They were supposed to arrive a week before Christmas but never arrived. I called Fedex and they said they arrived to them damaged days ago and they couldn’t be sent to me. Lush didn’t reach out to me and inform me of any damages or delays in shipping and now my sister will be without a Christmas gift. They are shipping them to her house and they will arrive a few DAYS after Christmas since for some weird reason they don’t have next next-day or a two-day shipping option. So my sister will now fly here to open a box with pictures of bath bombs. Lush offered no compensation for their poor product shipment methods. I would like some fort of compensation for the headache and the fact that I only bought these as a gift that I can no longer give and experience my sister opening

Was ordering online with a gift card. Put in number which was accepted. Still had a small balance and put in debit info. The site was being incredibly slow and timed out. So went through the process again and when I put my gift card info back in then I had a zero balance even though my order was never processed. I contacted lush customer service by phone spoke to a Chris that obviously could care less about his job and basically told me I was lying and tough. I will never again give Lush my business. Beyond terrible customer service. After reading an online thread I found apparently this seems to be a common trend for Lush to steal people's gift card money so doubtful this was a coincidence. Regardless the unprofessional way I was spoken to speaks volumes anyway.

Paid by PayPal, got the receipt never received confirmation from lush. And it wasn’t showing up in my lush orders. 7days later 17emails, ignored on live chat. Tried calling number to get we are busy try email or live chat, then line goes dead. Put in PayPal dispute get a response from lush. of sorry you have been charged twice. Never said I was. lol. Said they Weill communicate through email. Yeah I still haven’t had a response.

Terrible! Evri, damaged my parcel and stated that I needed to contact Lush for a replacement. I called on their customer service line initially and was waiting over 20 mins before then being told they were too busy to take my call and cut me off. To cut a long story short I've called several times now, used their live chat numerous times and emailed 3 times through to their customer support and several days later I am still not being helped. How can they treat their customers like this, this is terrible!!
