Similar to many on here - placed a large order on 27/12/24 but not heard anything since, other than confirmation that they received the order. No phones working and the only way to contact is by email. When you do email, you get a response generated by an AI bot. No “real” person. No information provided as to when the order might be received, never mind dispatched.
Very disappointing. I’m just glad that I paid using PayPal so at least I should get my money back.
