There is no customer service. They put a product on their online boxing day sale at 50% off, but claimed in the fine print it was only discounted in stores not online-- makes no sense why it was online under the sale. Took 3 days to finally get customer service on the phone and spoke to a supervisor named Daniel that only made excuses for all the problems. Was absolutely no help. He also was supposed to call me back at a certain time and called an hour later. On the phone prompt it states to text for a faster response, well 4 days later and 3 texts I still have no response. This company used to be wonderful, but it has gone down to the point where the customer doesn't matter. I will not purchase anything from them again, there are too many other wonderful companies that take care of their customers.
