“Was ordering online with a gift card. Put in number which was accepted. Still had a small balance and put in debit info. The site was being incredibly slow and timed out. So went through the process again and when I put my gift card info back in then I had a zero balance even though my order was never processed. I contacted lush customer service by phone spoke to a Chris that obviously could care less about his job and basically told me I was lying and tough. I will never again give Lush my business. Beyond terrible customer service. After reading an online thread I found apparently this seems to be a common trend for Lush to steal people's gift card money so doubtful this was a coincidence. Regardless the unprofessional way I was spoken to speaks volumes anyway.”

“I visited Lush in Chelmsford and was served by Kerri - extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Lush products, in this day and age it makes such a change to be helped and spoken to like a person rather than just a ‘customer’, every time I have visited Lush the staff have always been so polite and helpful, actually makes shopping a pleasure rather than a chore. Ten out of ten for both their customer service and products. Thank you so much.”

“Paid by PayPal, got the receipt never received confirmation from lush. And it wasn’t showing up in my lush orders. 7days later 17emails, ignored on live chat. Tried calling number to get we are busy try email or live chat, then line goes dead. Put in PayPal dispute get a response from lush. of sorry you have been charged twice. Never said I was. lol. Said they Weill communicate through email. Yeah I still haven’t had a response.”

“Terrible! Evri, damaged my parcel and stated that I needed to contact Lush for a replacement. I called on their customer service line initially and was waiting over 20 mins before then being told they were too busy to take my call and cut me off. To cut a long story short I've called several times now, used their live chat numerous times and emailed 3 times through to their customer support and several days later I am still not being helped. How can they treat their customers like this, this is terrible!!”

“Ripped off!!! Ordered a £68 gift set and send £27 one instead. Customer service is non existent.Tried phone , web chat and email without any response. Contacted PayPal to get my money back”

“Eddy at the Lush in Mall of Georgia was absolutely phenomenal. We took my 3 year old son into the Lush store to entertain him. Eddy greeted us, helped us with the bathbombs, and filled up the sink to show my son a demonstration with their bathbombs and bubble bars. As a mom who struggles to keep their chill during temper tantrums, I was so grateful for Eddy today.”

“I've just recently ordered many soaps to gift. I have to also say that I haven't ordered from Lush in quite awhile (2 years) all the soaps came in the box stuck together since I just found out that Lush does not wrap their bars of soap. so it was a sticky soft mess. How did they think this was a good idea. I cannot gift them any longer and was told to bring them to my nearest Lush store so maybe someone can wrap these. How did someone think this was a good idea? Especially in gifting season. This was such a bad experience that it left a very bad taste in my mouth. Don't get me wrong I understand the reason ( waste ) but the buying experience is not good anymore. What was once a unique shopping experience is now not worth it for me, it has cheapen the experience and I will no longer be shopping there again. Also things are not as they use to be. they hardly smell the same and all their prices are much higher imo. It was a very expensive lesson because I got many soaps. This company's a Nope for me.”

“I ordered from their about a month and a half ago and the order only came today. Their bath bombs were completly crushed and broken. Also bought their "Lush Cosmetics Karma Kream" and the bottle was broken and everything spilled out.... When I went to the shop they refused to exchange it.”

“Bought from the online store 3 times in the past, two times some shower gel bottles leaked. I sent them pictures and they told me to go to a store if I wanted an exchange. Why would I spend time driving when it's not my fault? I suggested I can mail it back for an exchange. It's a gift for a friend I will bring with me on a road trip so now I don't think it's going to be on time. I don't want to shop here again because it's just too much trouble and customer service is always unhelpful.”

“I absolutely love lush cosmetics, they are becoming more and more affordable, the price inflation is around to this world in 2 year my absolute favourite hair conditioner, candy rain 250g has gone from £12 which is fairly expensive anyway to £18, what used to be my monthly treat has now become something I only do on special occasions, and I know everything is natural and hand made it takes time and money, but it’s just greediness now.”
