“Went into Liverpool Lush shop today!. Met the fantastic Dillon who showed me all the latest sticky dates products!. No pressure selling, just a lovely little chat before deciding on my purchases!. Perfect shop, fabulous displays. All in all a fab shopping experience. Would definitely recommend the Liverpool shop and its staff, will definitely be going again soon XX.”

“It’s a very good shop, with lots of variety of scents. I love how you could see samples of how your product would work. And that you could wash your hands with a sample to test it out. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only feedback would be that there needs to be more shops, especially in the Western Sydney Area.”

“The staff at the Oshawa Ontario store wete so helpful! Offered me a tutorial of the Dream Cream for my eczema ridden hands! Helped me navigate my purchase and were very kind when i asked for a sample. I tend to feel bad asking, but they didnt make me feel uncomfortable at all. I always have a positive experience when i go there!”

“I visited the Etobicoke Sherway Gardens location and the customer service was out of this world! I’m hoping I’m spelling her name correctly but Chloe, she has red hair and said she recently started working there, was absolutely amazing. She had such a positive attitude, amazing vibe, and made an effort to not only sell products but bond with customers as well! She has made my shopping experience 100x better. One of the nicest people I have ever met. I don’t know how else to say it other than she was absolutely amazing!”

“I have been buying lush products since my oncologist referred me in 2011. I was being treated for breast cancer and my skin was breaking out! I tried lush but wasn’t feeling. I was miserable! Anyway I decided to give it another try in 2015 and let me tell you!!! I don’t know what I love the most.. the products or the employees! LUSH HAS MY WHOLE HEART!! North Park Mall in Dallas, Tx. location : Arlencia, Toni, Madz and Manager Ashley are the best to ever do it!! These guys are so down to earth, hospitable, caring and very knowledgeable about every freaking product in the store! I literally love them! I need to be a spokesperson for Lush! They actually care about their customers and wellbeing. Lush hires the bestest folks!”

“I went to the Streets of Southpoint store to just browse. Chrissy assisted me and gave great ideas on products that I wouldn’t have thought about. For example, I’m not big on taking baths; I normally like showers so I don’t normally pay attention to the bath bombs section. Chrissy gave the idea of using them as an air freshener in the car and also stated that using the bombs in the muslin can hang from your mirror or other objects in the car. I left the store without a purchase but came back to purchase a couple of bath bombs on my way out because I liked the recommendation on using it in a way I hadn’t considered. Chrissy was pleasant and knowledgeable, as always when I come into the store. I appreciate her willingness to assist but allow a person to breathe and shop without being overbearing. Great job and customer service Chrissy.”

“Enjoyed a fabulous experience in lush store Portsmouth today. The incredible staff were genuinely kind and helpful with my young granddaughter who has sensory issues and finds being in the shop difficult. The staff in the shop took time to show my grand daughter different products and listen to her when she was telling them about the different products that she uses and showed a real warmth and kindness . A True delight to shop in. Will definitely be returning and as always the products are amazing.”
