I took my wife to Milton Keynes today so she could commence Christmas shopping. She has recently damaged her hip so is temporarily having to visit shops in a wheelchair. The salesperson Grace was so helpful and knowledgeable about Lush products and spent time with my wife enabling her to purchase gifts for three people. Outstanding person especially considering she has only been with the company two or three weeks. This is how you maintain customer loyalty.
