Staff were very welcoming, attentive and helpful, both Lucia and Chloe made my wife and I feel relaxed, they were both very knowledgeable about the products available and there was no hard sell. We went for our usual purchase of Rub Rub and Dream Cream. But was also tempted by one of the muscle massage bars. We received a lovely free bath bomb to go with our purchase and as per their mantra we will be paying this act of kindness forwards.
