Non-existent customer service. They don't respond to emails or their online contact form and no tel number listed on their webpage. They also have a colour match "service" which they don't respond to. Ordered a set of dark brown extensions which were actually auburn. Sent them back. Still waiting for a refund/any contact from them 1 month later and it has been 3 months since I first tried to get in contact with them.
