They still owe me way over£100 since December 2021 Tried to cancel my order which was ordered by mistake! Sent many emails but never had 1 reply! Ended up returning goods for which I received a fleeting notification that they had arrived but no refund and it’s now March2022. Have sent more emails but they never reply. I would anyone thinking of buying from Lusso to think again
