I am a regular customer, I use the parking once every three months. However I will not use it any more. Very disappointing.
I was charged 21 pounds for 1 hour and 20 minutes!. I was not able to arrive to the parking on time because of the Luton Airport is under reforms, so it was absolutely crowded, long queues to get the bus, no air conditioner, just one machine to pay, parking neglected ....
It is not acceptable to charge this amount when the airport is being reformed. I think is not fair and it is an abuse.
I will not use this parking any more.
