“Terrible customer service. No understanding about film cameras at security. Spoke to us rudely and refused to acknowledge their terrible service. Easyjet service was awful. Only ran into 1 nice person, the young man who looked after us before the X-ray/CT machine. It seemed they didn't even know if their machines were CT or Xrays! Do NOT use this airport if you are a film photographer.”

“We fly in and out of Luton 5 or 6 times a year and absolutely hate going through security via the fast track service as it is far from fast at all!! Yes, you cut down the initial queue time then you have to join the queue to get through security, very poor indeed! I would expect to have a dedicated security check area to speed up the necessary and important security checks that have been additionally paid for!!!!!”

“Luton Airport- avoid at all cost it is without doubt the worst airport in the UK. I had the misfortune to have to drop someone at the airport today. I can safely say it was the most horrible experience. The airport itself is a complete ugly monstrosity and looks as though it was just thrown up without any thought. The drop off point is in a very dark tunnel with inadequate lighting. For this horrible experience everyone is charged the outrageous fee of £5.00. To make matters worse the chip and pin pay machine wasn’t working properly and I had to enter my passcode about four times before it accepted my card. I really couldn’t get away quick enough from this revolting airport!”
