We fly in and out of Luton 5 or 6 times a year and absolutely hate going through security via the fast track service as it is far from fast at all!! Yes, you cut down the initial queue time then you have to join the queue to get through security, very poor indeed! I would expect to have a dedicated security check area to speed up the necessary and important security checks that have been additionally paid for!!!!!

A buss driver transferring me to the carpark very rude and unfriendly. Made my journey really unpleasant

I paid for my parking in advance. Finding a space was ok and not too time consuming. However on our return I placed my ticket in the barrier and it stated that I had to pay an outstanding amount of £84. I pressed for assistance and was asked for my reference number, luckily I had printed this off when I paid for the parking and had this with me. Being able to give this I could prove that I owed nothing and the barrier was raised.

Location good and easy to find. Signage to find spaces was very helpful and location posts/numbered bus stops very helpful. Bus was very good both to/from the terminal. Main complaint is when I came to exit the car park the machine stated I owed £84; I had to call for assistance. This also happened to another driver at the adjacent exit. This issue is not acceptable. Please sort.

Car park was fine, it is a short trip by bus, my only gripe being a fairly long wait for the bus at the terminal. Automatic number plate recognition worked fine for entry. Overall: fine!

Pre booked .... Was told at the exit had to pay £152 for my stay when had already paid for the week ... Inconvenient after a long day travelling .. But was resolved quickly by parking attendant

Not sure what I expected but what we're used to at Bristol is better because when you turn up to the car park, there are signs leading you to spaces whereas in Luton, whilst a sign said spaces, they were very much few and far between which makes life difficult. I can only imagine that they are working at almost full capacity all the time which is why this is. The buses seem very infrequent for a car park as large as it is, I would expect better to be honest.

Parking was well signed and easy to find. However we had to climb stairs to reach bus stop which is difficult carrying suitcass and gans luggage. On our return we had to wait 15 minutes for a bus, not great at 1.15am

Very unhelpful and misleading service by the car park manager when I called to enquire if I could change or cancel my booking. He told me that nothing could be done once a booking had been made which was false information.

Parking was very full - drove around for quite some time before finding a decent spot. It could do with more road markings (just when you think you've found a spot you realise you can't park there as it's a through-way!) getting in and out was easy enough though.

When I was leaving the car park I put my ticket in the reader at the gate and it said I owed £63.00. I ore-booked and paid. This caused a queue behind me until it was sorted.

You need to factor an extra half hour into your journey to find a space, wait for the bus and for the journey which takes about 15 mins as it stops at several bus stops outside of the car park on the way to the terminal. The return journey was quicker as it was late at night and there were no additional stops but we did have to wait for about 20 mins for the bus.

It was very difficult to find a parking space as the car park was very full The buses seem to run frequently I had only a short wait leaving and returning Spaces are very small I would expect lots of damage to car doors by careless people opening there doors I was lucky

Lack of spaces and poor signage wasn't a good experience on arrival Also, on return, there was quite a wait for the bus Finally, there is a design error on the bus. The push button to request the driver to stop is at a height and design that people accidentally push it - especially on a crowed transfer

There is no problem with the parking. I always pay in advance to get the best price, but it is very annoying that every time we try to exit we are not able to and it states we owe a huge amount of money. This is very inconvenient especial late at night to then have to speak to someone over an intercom for them to check your details before being let out. Is there a problem with your system or is it a way to try and get extra money out of tired travellers?
